My wall space doesn’t match up with a panel that is 48” wide by 36” tall, what options do I have?
The HDSW24x6-B “panel” is made up of (6) individual rails that are 48” wide by 6” tall. These individual rails are tongue and grooved so you can stack them vertically as high as you’d like and we supply connector plates so they can be lined up horizontally. So if your wall space requires a dimension other than 48” W X 36” tall, you can purchase individual rails. Type “HDSW24” into the search bar on our website or click this link to find the individual listing.
Does this come in a shorter length than 48”?
We can cut the individual rails to your dimensions. You will need to call in to order this directly as we don’t offer that service through website orders. Also, we cut the rails when they are “raw” and then powder coat afterwards, so there will not be an exposed edge. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Can these rails be cut around outlets, light switches, etc.?
The rails are made from aluminum and are able to be “crosscut” fairly easily with a chop saw and good quality metal cutting blade. However, more intricate cuts like outlet and light switch openings are more difficult and will require user skill and good quality equipment.
Can these rails be attached to a concrete wall?
Yes. Many of our customers go this route. Below are two common ways to do this, otherwise feel free to give us a call for questions with installation 1-866-443-6623:
1. Our recommended and easiest option is to fur out your concrete walls with studs, then you can secure your gun wall with the screws provided. Here's a video showing that process: Click To See Video . We recommend going 16" on center with screws in both channels of each slatwall rail.
2. You can mount directly to the cinder block or concrete wall, but you will need to purchase concrete screws. We've found that using a pan head 3/16" x 1-1/4" concrete screw works best. Here is an option that works well: Amazon Link
Are there holes pre-drilled into the rails for the screws?
We provide self-drilling screws, so the screw will drill the hole that it requires. Therefore there is no need to pre-drill the holes..
This wall is made of 6 individual strongwall rails(more individual rails can be purchased HERE to create a bigger wall). Each rail is 48" long x 6" tall. The six rails stacked gives you the finished wall measuring 48" long x 36.5" tall. Made of heavy duty aluminum, these panels create a sturdy and tactical gun wall. Add slatwall gun hangers to this package to create your modular gun wall (slatwall gun hangers listed below).

If you wish to build a bigger gun wall, simply buy more of our HDSW24 or another HDSW24X6. The additional panels can be connected vertically or attached to the side of the other panels, creating a 96" long panel.
